Hello and Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) accepting new clients. I enjoy working with clients on a variety of topics to be the best versions of themselves. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Education and a Master of Education in Counseling from Southeastern Louisiana University. In addition to several years of assisting others as a counselor, I consider myself a dedicated coach ready to collaborate on most topics with clients on ways to move forward with growth promoting positive focus and change. I look forward to meeting you where you are on your journey of healing.
